Installation process is the same as any other Blender add-on: Edit > Preferences > Install from Disk > find where you downloaded the zip > press Install from Disk.
After you installed the add-on you need to specify the folder for the Snapshot library.
Snapshot Library is a global add-on library from where you can pick up your graph snapshots, as well as elements snapshots.
